Elliot Cohen founded CoolCore Service Partners in 2025 with a mission to modernize the commercial HVAC services industry and collaborate with the nation's top emerging leaders. As a former executive at some of the nation's leading field service companies, Elliot recognizes the invaluable role of frontline technicians and the importance of empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.

Before launching CoolCore, Elliot served as CEO of Sears Home Services, the country's largest appliance repair company, overseeing 3,500 employees, including 2,500 expert field technicians. The company also operated a substantial residential HVAC division and home warranty business.

Prior to that, Elliot was Chief Business and Corporate Development Officer at ADT Home Security, where he was recruited by Apollo Global Management. During his four-year tenure, he played a key role in ADT's expansion and led a transformative partnership with Google, which included a $600 million investment and commercial agreement.

Earlier in his career, Elliot founded Citymaps, a venture-backed technology company that he built from inception to its acquisition by TripAdvisor.

Throughout his journey, the most valuable aspects of each role have been the teams built and the friendships formed. Elliot lives in New York with his wife, Isabel, and their two young daughters.
